.DISCUSSION...An upper level ridge of high pressure over the area
Tuesday will be replaced by a weak upper level trough by Wednesday.
Dry weather with a marine layer pattern can be expected during the
forecast period. Varying amounts of night and morning low clouds and
fog can be expected, with mostly sunny skies from the late morning
to early evening hours. 20-foot winds will be west to northwest
each afternoon with speeds up to 9 mph Tuesday, and up to 15 mph on
Wednesday. Otherwise, winds should be below 10 mph. Moderate to high
humidities can be expected through the period.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy then becoming sunny in the
                    afternoon.. Patchy fog in the morning.

Min humidity........45-50 percent.
