Steady northwest winds will weaken as usual this evening. Moderate
confidence on wind speeds (plus or minus 4 mph). Visibility will
lower tonight, with a 30 percent chance of going below 1/2 a mile
after midnight. Thunderstorms will be over the region, and cannot
completely discount one near Vandenberg (5 percent chance).
