.DISCUSSION...
There is a fairly good chance that marine layer clouds will affect the
burn site in the morning, but the near proximity of the moist layer will
help to improve humidities overall. While min RH values of 35-40 percent
are forecast for Monday afternoon, there is a 30 percent chance of they
will be closer to 45 percent. Light winds at ignition time will increase
some from the southwest to west in the afternoon.

.MONDAY...

Sky/weather.........Sunny (15-25 percent). 40-50% chance of morning low
                    clouds and fog.
Max temperature.....69-72 at 0930. Max 78-82.
Min humidity........55 percent at 0930. Min 35-40 percent.
Eye level winds.....Variable winds up to 3 mph at 0930, increasing to
                    4 to 6 mph in the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 3 to 5 mph at 0930, becoming southwest
                    to west 8 to 10 mph after 1100.
Ridgetop wind.......Southwest winds 3 to 6 mph becoming southwest to west
                    10 to 12 mph with gusts to 16 mph in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......1500 ft AGL at 0930, rising to 1800 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....South 5 mph becoming southwest 5 to 8 mph in the
                    afternoon.
