.DISCUSSION...
Humidities in the fire location are currently between 55 to 60 percent,
and are expected to increase to near 100 percent later tonight as marine
layer low clouds and fog move in. South winds this afternoon will be
mainly weak with gusts between 8 to 12 mph, possibly up to 15 mph over
the exposed higher hills. Winds will weaken and shift to the southeast
later this evening.
