.DISCUSSION...

Low confidence in the arrival of low clouds tonight, with a 40%
chance the marine layer is squashed out and clouds cannot reform.
If low clouds do form, visibility less than 1 mile are possible due
to what would be a very shallow marine layer depth. High confidence
in slightly stronger winds out of the north tonight compared to
last night. Winds may also tilt slightly north- northeast. There is
a 20% chance for winds to gust to 16 mph.
