.DISCUSSION...
Windy conditions are expected Saturday and Saturday  night, with west
to southwest winds becoming west to northwest. Peak eye level gusts
will be near 15 mph and possibly up to 20 mph, especially in the
afternoon to evening hours. Minimum humidities are expected to rise by
about 6 to 8 percent compared to today`s minimum of around 10 percent.
Overnight recoveries will also improve by 5-10 percent compared to
tonight`s values.

Max humidity........40-45 percent.
Eye level winds.....Southwest winds 6-10 mph with gusts to 15 mph,
                    decreasing to 4-8 mph with gusts to 10 mph around 10 PM.
