.DISCUSSION...A weak offshore push may support weak offshore north
to northeast winds Tuesday morning before transitioning onshore by
the afternoon.

Moderate to strong onshore gradients will support fairly typical
diurnal onshore flow Wednesday through Saturday with eye level winds
peaking in the 4-7 mph range each day, potentially highest
Wednesday and again Saturday. There is a 70-80 percent chance of a
ridge building into the region in the Thursday through Saturday time
frame, which would limit marine layer influence and support warming
and drying trends.
