.DISCUSSION...A strong northwest wind flow pattern will continue
on the island through this evening, then a distinct offshore wind
shift will likely occur by late tonight or Monday morning, with
wind speeds considerably less than today. There may be some
low clouds at times (mainly across the higher ridges) through
tonight, but should get scoured out on Monday as the drier
offshore flow pattern establishes Monday morning.
