.DISCUSSION...
Relatively light winds expected to follow a diurnal pattern,
shifting downslope/valley at 20 foot, and north-northeast at
ridgetops by 9-11pm. There is a 30% chance for no marine layer
clouds tonight, and clouds may stay below the ridgetops if they do
form. Minimal changes tomorrow compared to today, except for a
couple degrees of warming, thus slightly lower minimum RH. Winds are
expected to be a touch lighter, with no significantly windy
conditions expected.

Sky/weather.........Clear, becoming cloudy with patchy fog through the night.
Min temperature.....62-64.
Max humidity........65 percent, increasing to 95-100 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Upslope winds 4-7 mph with gusts to 10 mph becoming
                    downslope 3-6 mph with gusts to 8 mph by 9-11 pm.
Ridgetop wind.......Northwest winds 5-8 mph with gusts to 12 mph becoming
                    north-northeast 4-7 mph with gusts to 10 mph by 9-11 pm.
