.DISCUSSION...
Cool and rainy conditions expected to continue through tomorrow,
with generally light to moderate totals expected. Steadier rain is
expected through tonight, then more of a showery period likely late
tonight through Thursday. Expecting rainfall totals in the
0.75-1.50 inch range, although totals may be up to double if
thunderstorms or heavy showers move over the area. Any thunderstorm
may produce locally heavy rainfall, small hail, gusty winds. Lower
confidence in wind direction and speeds tonight, but winds should
generally be out of the southeast this evening, although wind
directions may be somewhat variable.

Skies should begin clearing in the late afternoon into the evening
on Thursday, with clear skies expected Friday and Saturday. A weak
Santa Ana Wind event will begin late Friday/early Saturday, brining
gusty northeast winds to the forecast point around midnight Saturday
through the early afternoon. Drier air and warmer temperatures are
expected Saturday.
