.DISCUSSION...

Light to moderate offshore breezes will occur in the morning and
overnight hours, likely peaking in the later morning hours before
shifting northwest in the early afternoon. Otherwise, increasing mid
to high clouds will help shield the forecast area from the sun.
Relatively seasonal temperatures are expected, although slightly
warmer than today with drier conditions as well. Light rain is
likely as early as Friday, but more likely on Saturday (Halloween).
Rain totals are expected to be less than 0.50 inches, most likely
between 0.10 and 0.25 inches.

Eye level winds would be about half the forecast 20 foot winds.
