.DISCUSSION...
Warm and dry conditions with onshore winds expected through this
afternoon, with winds decreasing and humidities improving rapidly
this evening. Similar conditions are expected tomorrow, with
slightly higher minimum humidities. Northerly winds will increase
Tuesday afternoon to the north in the mountains, with stronger winds
Wednesday afternoon into Thursday morning. While strongest
northerly winds are expected to remain to the north and at higher
elevations, there is a chance for gustier north winds (10-15 mph)
late Wednesday through Thursday morning.
