.DISCUSSION...Gusty Sundowner winds with near critical fire weather
conditions will continue through the evening before diminishing
through the remainder of the night. Fire weather conditions will
improve some overnight tonight and into Wednesday morning. There is
a 30 percent chance that humidity recoveries could be up to 20
percent higher than forecast early Wednesday morning. The pattern
will weaken on Wednesday night then increase again on Thursday night
and Friday night.

Sky/weather.........Clear (0-10 percent).
Min temperature.....62-66 degrees.
Humidity............25-29 percent increasing to a max of 54-58
                    percent by daybreak.
Wind (20 ft)........Windy. Northwest to north winds 25 to 35 mph with
                    gusts to 45 mph until 0100 hours diminishing to
                    north 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph until
                    0300 hours. Then, north wind 6 to 12 mph.
Ridgetop wind.......North 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 55 mph until
                    2300 hours becoming northeast 15 to 25 mph with
                    gusts to 45 mph through 0200 hours. Then,
                    northeast 6 to 12 mph.
Mixing height.......800-1500 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....North 15 to 25 mph.

.WEDNESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Sunny (0-10 percent).
Max temperature.....79-83 degrees.
Humidity............Increasing to 63-68 percent around 0800 hours
                    then falling to 36-40 percent around 1700 hours.
Wind (20 ft)........Southeast winds 3-8 mph until 1100 hours then
                    shifting to southwest 6-12 mph until 1600 hours.
                    Then, northwest to north 8-15 mph with gusts to
                    22 mph.
Ridgetop wind.......Northeast 3 to8 mph until 1200 hours becoming
                    northwest to north 8 to 15 mph with gusts to 22
                    mph through 1600 hours. Then, increasing to 15
                    to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.
