Gusty west winds will gradually weaken through late this evening, then shifting to the north after midnight. Fair humidity recoveries between 40 to 45 percent are expected, although there is a 10-20 percent chance of higher recoveries closer to 60 percent late tonight. Weak north winds will persist into Tuesday morning, before returning to west/onshore in the afternoon. Minimum humidities are expected to lower to near 20 percent Tuesday afternoon as a drier air mass moves into the area. .TONIGHT... Sky/weather.........Mostly clear (5-15 percent).
