* Special Marine Warning for...
  East Santa Barbara Channel from Pt. Conception to Pt. Mugu CA
  including Santa Cruz Island...
  Inner waters from Point Mugu to San Mateo Pt. CA including Santa
  Catalina and Anacapa Islands...

* Until noon PST.

* At 1131 AM PST, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 7 nm south of
  Rincon Point to 7 nm southwest of Ventura Harbor to near Anacapa
  Island, moving northeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ventura Harbor...
  and Anacapa Island.
