  Inner waters from Point Mugu to San Mateo Pt. CA including Santa
  Catalina and Anacapa Islands...

* Until 345 AM PDT.

* At 257 AM PDT, a shower capable of producing waterspouts was
  located 11 nm southwest of Dana Point, moving east at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small
           craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* The shower will remain over mainly open waters.
