.SYNOPSIS...

Weak 29.9 inch ridging over Lake Superior holds through this morning

high eventually becomes centered over the lake at 30.2 inches Friday
afternoon. A 29.9 inch trough then moves over the western end of the
lake Saturday afternoon as the 30.2 inch high moves over the Lower
Great Lakes. This trough consolidates to a 29.8 inch low as it
passes over Lake Superior, reaching the Ontario/Quebec line by
Sunday evening. Sunday night into Monday, a 30.1 inch high over the
Plains will weaken to 30.0 inches as it slides south of Lake
Superior. By Tuesday, this high will be fully south of the Great
Lakes as a 29.4 inch low over Hudson Bay extends a 29.8 inch trough
over Lake Superior.
