For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...

A 30.4 inch high pressure passing the Eastern Seaboard later today
continues to extend a 30.2 inch ridge over Lake Superior into this
evening. Monday, a 29.4 inch low lifts from Colorado into the
Northern Plains, then heads towards the Upper Mississippi Valley at
29.6 inches Monday night and Tuesday. Pressure falls over Lake
Superior from 30.1 inches Monday morning to a gradient of 29.9-29.6
inches (higher east) Tuesday morning. The Colorado low then slowly
trudges northeast from southern Minnesota throughout Wednesday
before arriving over Lake Superior Wednesday night at 29.5 inches.
Thursday into Friday, the low departs swiftly northeast toward
Newfoundland while remaining at 29.7 inches and ridging to 30.0
inches builds in over Lake Superior.
