Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...

High pressure centered over the Manitoba/Ontario border continues to
slowly shift eastward tonight, reaching the Saint Lawrence Seaway on
Tuesday. This keeps ridging of at least 30.4 inches over the lake
through Tuesday afternoon. A 29.8 inch low tracks from the Northern
Plains Tuesday night to James Bay at 29.6 inches by Thursday
morning, dragging a 29.9 inch trough across Lake Superior Wednesday
evening to Thursday morning. High pressure of 30.2 to 30.3 inches
returns to the Upper Great Lakes by Friday.
