For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...The lake remains between a 30.4 inch high to the north
and two low pressure systems around 29.4 inches tracking off the
Plains today and Saturday. The second low lifts northeast over the
Great Lakes on Sunday and Sunday night with 30.2 inch high
pressure settling southeast over the region by late in the day
Monday. The ridge builds to 30.4 inches Tuesday while shifting
over the Lower Great Lakes.

35 knots late. A chance of rain, possibly mixed with snow by late
morning, then rain likely with pockets of snow and sleet by mid
afternoon. Waves 4 to 7 feet occasionally to 9 feet building to
8 to 11 feet occasionally to 14 feet.
.TONIGHT...Northeast gales to 40 knots. Sleet with rain, possibly
mixed with snow and thunderstorms likely through midnight, then a
slight chance of rain, snow and sleet after midnight. Waves
building to 10 to 14 feet occasionally to 18 feet, then subsiding
to 9 to 12 feet occasionally to 15 feet.
.SATURDAY...Northeast gales to 35 knots. A slight chance of snow
showers. Waves subsiding to 5 to 8 feet occasionally to 10 feet.
