average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...

A 29.5 inch low over Minnesota tracks toward western Lake Superior
into Tuesday morning while weakening slightly to 29.7 inches. This
lowers pressure over Lake Superior to 29.7 inches by Tuesday
afternoon. Meanwhile, a second Colorado Low follows close behind the
first, deepening to 29.5 inches over the Minnesota/Wisconsin state
line through Wednesday morning before lifting northeast over Lake
Superior through Thursday. High pressure ridging of 30.1 inches
returns from the northwest through Friday, weakening to 30.0 inches
on Saturday as it shifts southeast ahead of a clipper low pressure
system.
