For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...

A 29.5 inch low over Quebec will continue to push away from the area
as 30.5 inch ridging expands over the Upper Mississippi River
Valley. Meanwhile a 29.7 inch Colorado Low will develop today and
will move over Oklahoma at 29.8 inches by early Saturday. This low
will  track northeast into the southern Great Lakes Basin by early
Sunday morning at 29.8 inches, reaching the southern Ontario/Quebec
border Sunday evening. In its wake, 30.6 inch high pressure moves
over the Upper Midwest, sliding south of the Great Lakes at 30.4
inches Monday. The high is eroded Tuesday into Wednesday as a low
pressure of 29.6 inches tracks through southern Ontario and a 29.5
inch Nor`Easter off the coast of the Chesapeake Bay develops.
