Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS... Weak ridging of 30.0 inches over Lake Superior this morning persists between 30.0 and 30.1 inches through early Saturday as a 30.3 inch high slowly shifts east from the Canadian Prairies to northwest Ontario and Hudson Bay. Weak troughing of 29.8 inches moves over the lake Saturday night and strengthens to 29.5 inches through Monday as the parent low pressure deepens to 29.4 inches over northern Ontario and James Bay.
