Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS... Troughing around 29.8 inches over Lake Superior deepens to 29.7 inches by tonight. A 29.6 to 29.7 inch Clipper low then moves into the Upper Great Lakes or Upper Midwest by Monday before departing east towards the Mid-Atlantic on Tuesday. Behind the Clipper, weak ridging of 29.9 to 30.0 inches returns to Lake Superior Tuesday into Thursday.
