Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...

A 30.3 inch high stretching from Alberta to the Upper Mississippi
Valley will shift over the Upper Great Lakes Friday afternoon. High
pressure shifts to the Lower Great Lakes on Saturday and strengthens
to 30.5 inches, with ridging of around 30.2 inches lingering over
Lake Superior through the weekend as the high gradually shifts to
the Eastern Seaboard. A 29.6 inch Colorado low develops on Monday,
moving to Minnesota by Tuesday afternoon. This low passes north of
Lake Superior through the midweek.
