average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...

The

A 29.8 inch low will continue to slowly move east over eastern
Ontario today reaching western Quebec by Thursday morning. A broad
29.9 inch trough over the Upper Great Lakes will shift east as the
low departs Ontario tonight and a 29.9 inch ridge will move into the
area, building to 30.0 inches through Friday. Ridging will give way
to another weak trough on Saturday night with ridging of 30.1 inches
building back in for Sunday night and Monday.
