Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS... 29.9 inch ridge is expanding from Manitoba into the Upper Great Lakes as a 29.8 inch trough continues to slide eastward. The ridge remains over the area through Friday while building to 30.0 inches. Ridging will continue to build to 30.1 inches by Sunday night and persist through Monday afternoon.
