possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest Illinois, including the following
area, Randolph IL and Missouri, including the following areas,
Crawford MO, Saint Francois MO, Sainte Genevieve MO and Washington
MO.
* WHEN...Through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional showers and thunderstorms with locally heavy rainfall
will be possible, which could lead to flash flooding, especially
if they occur over saturated soils.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
