Warning for the following river in Missouri...

  Big River at Byrnesville.

River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 48 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Big River at Byrnesville.

* WHEN...From this evening to late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...At 22.4 feet, At this level, Twin Rivers Bridge Road must
  be closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CST Thursday the stage was 8.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
    this evening and crest near 21.5 feet Saturday morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
