A cold front is slowly moving south through the region bringing
cooler temperatures. Sunday will still be hot ahead of the front
south of the I-70 corridor. The front is expected to be through
the area by the end of the day on Monday, shifting the wind from
the southwest to the north. Sunday night into Monday, widespread
showers and thunderstorms are expected. After the front passage,
cooler and drier conditions will prevail with more seasonable
high temperatures in the 70s and lows in the 50s.
