A cold front will move into northern Missouri late tonight. The
front will bring a chance for showers and thunderstorms to the
area on Wednesday, and more thunderstorms are likely Wednesday
night. Southwest to west winds on Wednesday will then turn to the
northwest as the front moves into the area. It will be warm and
humid again with highs mainly in the 90s and relative humidity
only dropping to 45-55 percent in most locations. Locally heavy
rain is possible Wednesday night, primarily along and south of
I-70 as the front continues to drift southward. Scattered showers
continue Thursday, but Thursday night and Friday look dry at this
time.
