Cold temperatures will continue through Sunday, and while some
melting of the snow is expected, it will not be enough to make a
significant dent in the snowpack. This is particularly true
across southeast Missouri and southern Illinois where the
snowpack is more significant. By Monday temperatures will warm to
near to above freezing, with portions of southeast Missouri and
southern Illinois expected to reach near to above 40 degrees.
There is a slight chance for light snow Sunday, and a better
chance for precipitation mid- week.
