Hot and very humid conditions continue through Sunday. The best
chances (30-50%) for wetting rain and thunderstorms will be
across northern Missouri and central Illinois this evening and
overnight. A cold front will gradually move through the area
Sunday afternoon and overnight, bringing gradual heat relief to
most of the area by Monday, along with a modest chance (20-40%)
for showers and thunderstorms. Light south to southwest winds
will prevail through early Sunday, then switch to the north
behind the cold front Monday.
