Light south winds will prevail today. Relative humidity is expected to drop
to between 30 and 35 percent this afternoon with a high temperature in the mid
80s.  There is a strong temperature inversion in place this morning which will
likely not mix above 1700 feet until around 11 AM.  The mixing height is
expected to top out just above 5000 feet this afternoon, but light winds in
the mixed layer will marginal ventilation rates at best.  However, the mixed layer
is forecast to be unstable this afternoon which should help with ventilation.
