.DISCUSSION...

Cloud cover is forecast to break late this morning, allowing
temperatures to climb to near 90 degrees by 1pm and mixing
heights to rise to about 6000 ft by 3pm. Until early afternoon
when this morning`s inversion completely breaks, expect ventilation
rates to remain poor. Relative humidity values will dip into the mid-30s.
The minimum afternoon RH is expected between 2pm and 5pm. Surface
winds will be fairly steady through this afternoon generally
remaining at or below the 10 mph mark. As winds increase, their
direction will veer slightly from southerly to south-southwesterly by 1pm.
