.DISCUSSION...
Mixing heights are not expected to climb above 1700 feet AGL until
between 9-10 am, with deep mixing heights this afternoon near 7000
feet.  Good smoke dispersal is expected later this morning and this
afternoon.  It will be a relatively cool start this morning with
temperatures near 50 degrees at ignition, before climbing into
the upper 70s for highs which are about 10 degrees below normal.
The relative humidity will start out at 96 percent at ignition,
but drop to 37 percent at max heating.  Winds will remain
relatively light out of the north through the burn.  The
next chance for a wetting rain will be on Wednesday night and
Thursday.
