Light south winds early this morning will turn to the west-southwest
by late morning or early afternoon.  Expect above normal
temperatures again this afternoon with a high around 90 and a minimum
relative humidity between 35 and 40 percent.  The mixing height will
initially start out well below 1000 feet, and it likely won`t rise
above 1700 feet before noon.  However deep mixing is expected with maximum
mixing heights above 5000 feet this afternoon.
