.DISCUSSION...
A combination of lower stratus and higher clouds will be clearing
the site through the morning hours, with mostly clear skies by the
late morning. While occasional bouts of high clouds can`t be
ruled out, mostly clear skies are expected through the day. These
mostly clear skies will allow for ample surface heating, with
temperatures warming this afternoon in the mid to upper 60s, with
mixing height topping out around 2,500 ft. While winds will start
the day westerly, a weak, dry cold front passing over the site
today will cause winds to slowly pivot out of the northwest this
afternoon and evening.

Skies will remain clear tonight as the northwesterly winds weaken.
Between 6 and 9am Wednesday morning, winds will quickly switch
to out of the south, but remain weak through the day. High clouds
will increase through the morning into the afternoon as
temperatures warm into the low 60s.
