            Strong non-convective winds downed a tree in
            the Baden neighborhood of St. Louis City.
            The tree fell onto a man and took his life.
            It also damaged a few cars. The KSTL ASOS
            measured wind gusts up to 43 mph between
            9:51pm and 10:51pm.
