* Until 345 AM CDT.

* At 238 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
  over Shobonier to over Livingston, or along a line from 6 miles
  south of Vandalia to near Staunton, moving south at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
           roofs, siding, and trees.

  Vandalia, Staunton, Greenville, Worden, Highland, St. Jacob,
  Carlyle, St. Rose, Odin, Salem, Sandoval, Breese, Aviston, Central
