Mostly dry across the region, with a few isolated to
scattered storms possible across the low-lying Rolling
Plains later this afternoon through the overnight period.
As a result, frequent lightning and localized strong winds
may develop. Otherwise, expect the increased moisture in place
along with relatively light west-southwest breezes to continue
with recoveries around 80 to 100 percent.
