.DISCUSSION...
Modest to breezy southwesterly winds will prevail through this
afternoon before weakening this evening. Shower and thunderstorm
chances will continue overnight into Tuesday morning. Although,
severe weather is not expected with any thunderstorms, a strong
wind gust or two cannot be ruled out. A cold front is progged to
reach northwestern portions of the region Monday morning before
stalling and dying out. This will give a wide range of highs with
lower 70s over northwestern zones and mid 80s over southeastern
zones. Light southerly winds will prevail Monday into Tuesday. With
the precipitation chances, cooler temperatures, and minimum RH values
above 35 percent, fire weather concerns remain low.
