.DISCUSSION...
The fire weather threat will remain low through the
remainder of the week, thanks to the increased moisture
and cooler temperatures making their way into the region.
Some areas, primarily across the far southwestern Texas
Panhandle through Wednesday morning and the low-lying
Rolling Plains through Thursday morning may see up to
2 inches of rainfall from remnants of Hurricane/TS Pollo.
Otherwise, expect few a few southeasterly breezes around
15 to 25 mph to continue, with localized gusts up to 55 mph
possible with stronger storm cores.
