.DISCUSSION...
Warmer and dry conditions will return today, however as fuels remain
unfavorable there are no fire weather concerns. High temperatures
will increase by around 3-5 degrees Thursday, with light SW winds
and minimum humidities in the 30-40% range, however fuels will
remain low. There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the
evening, mainly over the Rolling Plains.
