.DISCUSSION...
A cold front moved through the area this morning shifting winds to
the north and becoming breezy. These strong winds will continue
through the afternoon before decreasing late in the afternoon.
Winds will go light during the overnight hours and shift more to
the east. Light winds are expected to continue through the day on
Friday. An approaching upper level storm system will bring a
chance of light rain to the southern South Plains and southern
Rolling Plains on Saturday.
