.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns remain low. Light northerly winds will
gradually shift to the south through this afternoon. Minimum RH
values remain above 30 percent through today. Southerly surface flow
is expected to increase through Sunday afternoon, especially on the
Caprock. Wide spread rain chances are expected beginning early
Sunday morning and expected to dissipate Sunday evening. Minimum RH
values will increase to over 60 percent Sunday.
