.DISCUSSION...
Fire concerns remain elevated this afternoon and evening due to dry
fuels, occasionally breezy southerly winds, and low RHs in the
teens. Locally critical conditions are possible mainly this evening
in the far southwest TX Panhandle due to slight chances for
thunderstorms with dry lightning. Expect RH recoveries in the 50s
and 60s by Thursday morning with mostly light winds through the day
keeping elevated fire concerns at bay.
