Winds are expected to remain light and variable through about midday
Monday, but there will likely be a brief period of north winds
across the southern TX Panhandle as an outflow boundary drifts into
the region. Otherwise, expect predominantly south winds near or less
than 15 mph on Monday afternoon with minimum RH values in the 15 to
25 percent range.
