.DISCUSSION...
Shower and thunderstorms are possible this morning through early
afternoon for portions of the South Plains and Rolling Plains.
Breezy westerly winds up to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph possible
and minimum RH values in the teens will bring elevated fire weather
concerns this afternoon, especially for the southern Rolling Plains.
Winds will weaken and shift to the north this evening following a
cold front.
Elevated fire conditions return Monday with temperatures warming to
the mid 80s to mid 90s and minimum RH values in the teens. Breezy
westerly winds will prevail through the afternoon with speeds up to
20 mph and gusts up to 25 mph possible.
