.DISCUSSION...
Breezy southwesterly winds with possible speeds up to 30 mph and
gusts up to 40 mph will continue through late this afternoon before
weakening through the evening. Temperatures today will reach the 60s
with some localized areas reaching lower 70s. Minimum RH values for
today remain below 25 percent. A Fire Danger Statement remains in
effect through 6 PM CST today. A cold front will push southward
through the region tonight shifting moderate winds to the north
through most of Sunday. Temperatures will slightly cool Sunday with
highs in the 50s across the region. RH values will increase
following the front keeping minimum RH values above 25 percent.
