.DISCUSSION...
Low end elevated fire weather conditions will be possible across the
southwestern Texas Panhandle for Thursday afternoon. Very warm
temperatures will return to the area resulting in afternoon relative
humidity values into the single digits. However, winds are expected
to only be around 10-15 mph. This will result in forecast RFTI
values of one for the southwestern Texas Panhandle.
