Winds will oscillate from southerly this afternoon to southwesterly
overnight, then back to southerly on Monday. Sustained speeds will
generally remain below 15 mph, but a few gusts in the 25-30 mph
range are possible near the edge of the Caprock. Minimum RH values
will range from 15 to 20 percent today with values of 20 to 25
percent expected Monday.
