EVENING...

.DISCUSSION...
Winds will remain out of the west to southwest this morning with
speeds around 10 mph or less. Winds at the 20 foot level will
increase to between 10 and 15 mph by late morning and lasting
through the afternoon. Very hot temperatures today will allow
afternoon relative humidity values to drop into the teens. By
mid-afternoon, thunderstorms may develop across the Texas
Panhandle and move southward into the Rolling Plains. These
thunderstorms may affect the wildfire area by late afternoon
producing localized strong and variable wind gusts.
